Hello Ladies,
Last week after learning about a recent decision made by the Southern Baptist Convention to reevaluate what a “pastor” is and if it’s really only meant for men. I posted a quick blog about the importance of us knowing and living out Biblical womanhood. A woman’s place in creation is clearly defined in Genesis, and Biblical womanhood is woven throughout the entire Bible. But probably the most straightforward Scripture about women not being in the office of pastor is found in 1 Timothy chapters 2 and 3. I encourage you to read through these two chapters.
I’m currently doing an extensive study on this topic that will take awhile to complete. There is so much Scripture to unpack on this topic and I think it’s important that every point to this subject be expounded on. The enemy is deceiving our society and the deception is also infiltrating churches.
The idea of womanhood has shifted drastically in the last 100 years and it has lost it’s original meaning in the popular culture. In fact, Matt Walsh, a journalist from The Daily Wire, recently did a documentary entitled “What Is A Woman?” I watched this documentary and was astounded by all of the people he interviewed…scientists, psychiatrists, surgeons, psychologists, professors, transgenders, homosexuals, etc… none of them could define what a woman is.
Our current president of the United States just appointed the first black woman for judge to the Supreme Court. Yet in her interview prior to being voted in, she was asked the question, “What is a woman?” and she could not or she would not give them a definition. This should make every Bible believing woman step back and say “What is happening to our country?”.
Ladies, we are under attack. The enemy is twisting the truth of God’s Word and His design for us. Yet so many Christian women don’t see the manipulation that is taking place within hearts and minds. Some are unaware, some are too busy to care, some just try to ignore, and some just hope the rapture will come before things get too bad. Ladies, do you think God wants us to handle the deterioration of our culture in any of these ways?

2 Timothy 2:15 “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
Matthew 10:16 “Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.”
I think it’s important that we understand the times we are living in. We should be wise and aware of what is happening and why it is happening. Most of us would agree that it looks like we’re in the end times, but do we really understand what is going on from a “Biblical” worldview?
It is going to take me a few weeks to put together the study which I’m compiling on Biblical womanhood. But I’d like to share with you a documentary from YouTube about feminism and the forms it has taken since the Garden Of Eden.
This is lengthy and you may not want to watch it all in one setting. I encourage you… If you start to watch it, watch it all, even if you have to watch in segments. There is a lot of information in this documentary. All of it comes from a Biblical worldview. He takes the viewer through world history up to today. The man presenting the information is an Independent Baptist Missionary. He uses some special effects that might come across creepy but I think he does so to help the audience understand that we are in a spiritual war. The enemy is hard at work and a lot of Christians are asleep.
