Hello! My name is Carolyn Beck. I’m a wife, a mother, grandmother, author. I’ve been saved and seeking God since 1998. It’s been a extraordinary journey that keeps me in awestruck of my Savior. I love to seek God through prayer and Bible study. I’m amazed at how the Lord continually reveals more of Himself as I seek Him. His Word is an endless fountain of life and wisdom!

In this communication age full of superficial thoughts and ideas, I often find myself longing for deep meaningful thoughts and conversation. With those desires in mind, I decided to enter into the realm of blogging. I think the Lord led me to create this blog site to enrich my devotional life. A way to write down my thoughts and share them. By doing so I am challenged to research and delve deeper into Bible texts. Publishing my devotions, is an extra weight of responsibility (James 3:1), and I do not want to steer anyone the wrong way. Please be sure to use discernment and test me. I want to rightly handle the Holy Word of God and I need accountability, call me out as the Lord leads.

The devotionals I share here are geared toward women. (1 Timothy 2:12, Titus 2:3-5) My hope is to be an encouragement and to edify my sisters in Christ. In browsing the menu selections, you will find a lot of spiritually edifying resources. I’ve shared links to some of my all time favorite sermons and teachings. There are songs and ministry websites that I think you will enjoy going through as well. I do plan to add or change things from time to time. So be sure to browse the menu regularly. I will blog new devotions as the Lord leads and archive the older ones in case you’d like to look back and review. My hope is that this website will be a place of invigoration to us as we navigate our way in the rapidly changing times we live in.
